Nikki & Tommy's Wedding

We had such a blast being a part of Nikki and Tommy's beautiful wedding at the Filter Building. Nikki who is the owner and creative guru behind Doodle Dog Advertising was the ultimate do it yourself bride. We love how she took her creative savvy and brought it to her wedding decor. She literally thought of it all! From tags, to favor boxes, to the ceremony programs, to signs, and the dessert bar, etc... their wedding was exceptionally well "branded". I also loved how Nikki and Tommy's family and friends got involved and helped out on their wedding day, you could really tell how loved this couple is! Here are some of our favorite photos from their big day! Brittany's Bridals

Here are some of our favorite photos Shaun Menary took during Brittany's bridal session. We love bridals, and we especially love the McKinney Cotton Mill for bridals...lots of very beautiful spots at the unique venue. We LOVE the photos of Brittany with the pearls...nothing says bridal beauty like a bride with pearls! Enjoy!

Brittany & Paul's Wedding

We had such a great time working with Brittany and Paul, and their families. The love that these two have for one another was evident throughout the planning process as well as on their wedding weekend. Brittany and Paul's ceremony was at Hunter's Glen Baptist Church, where the ceremony was all about their love, God, and their friends and family. After the beautiful ceremony, they had their reception at the McKinney Cotton Mill. Fete des Fleurs did an amazing job on the gorgeous flowers...we especially loved the front entrance "tree" piece they did. Astounding Sounds provided rockin' music and kept everyone dancing the entire night! Guests had a great time making flip books with Pic FlipsSavory made and catered the delicious food, including southern goodies such as fried chicken and waffles. And they even recreated the groom's mom's "famous" salad recipe. Panini made the most scrumptious bride's cake! And instead of a groom's cake Paul made rice krispie treats, which were displayed on a tired serving tray. After cutting and feeding each other the bride's cake, Brittany and Paul then fed each other the rice krispies as well....too cute! Shaun Menary Photography captured the beautiful wedding in still and Joe Simon Wedding Films captured everything on film. Thanks Brittany and Paul for sharing your beautiful wedding journey with us! We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!

Brittany and Paul seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day. We love that Brittany and Paul decided to do a "first look". They love photos and really wanted to take advantage of getting as many photos as they could. It also helped the two relax and really enjoy their ceremony.

More of Brittany and Paul's "first look".

Brittany and Paul's ceremony programs and a beautiful photo of Brittany's bridal bouquet.

Some of the details from the wedding. We love that Brittany and Paul incorporated a pattern and a monogram throughout their wedding.

A few of the beautiful centerpieces.

LOVE these black and white photos of Brittany and Paul's first dance, and of Brittany dancing with her dad.

Ivy & Charles

We had a great time working with Ivy and Charles. They were so fun, down to earth, and full of love for one and other. It was truly beautiful to see, and it was an honor to be a part of their special day.

Charles is in the navy so he and Ivy actually had a civil ceremony at the courthouse last summer. But both Ivy and Charles still wanted to have the big traditional Filipino wedding ceremony in a church...and what an incredible ceremony it was at St. Thomas Aquinas in Dallas. The sweet couple also wanted to have a big traditional Filipino wedding reception, which followed the ceremony and was held at the Hyatt Regency North Dallas. Causha, Erin, and the entire staff at the Hyatt were a delight to work with. The couple danced the night away with friends and family, to the sounds of well-known Filipino DJ, Fitz Llauder. At the end of the night Ivy and Charles teared up, for their entire day was beautiful but also bittersweet as Charles' upcoming deployment loomed in their minds. We wish Charles safe travels!

And we can't forget to mention our wonderful friends over at Dallas Digital Events, who photographed Ivy and Charles' day. Thank you Chris for the beautiful images.
